Dear Friends

I hope you are doing well, healthy and happy.  As I write this post its Fathers Day, my father is well, I miss him, wished him a Happy Fathers Day.  My heart and mind is heavy, my children missing their Daddy and me, my loving man.  I keep busy, my mind and body.  Today, to pass the time,  I played with my flowers.  I cut all my hydrangea's, rain is coming.  So enjoy my "Beautiful Blossoms."

I'm joining a few blogger's for an April Thrift Store Challenge!  I really love these, finding something and making it beautiful again.  A bowling ball you say, yes!  Only $3.99 with my senior discount turned gazing ball for my garden. I sanded and spray painted the bowling bowl with mirror paint and turned this find into a beautiful gazing ball for my garden.  What do you think, gazing is a beautiful thing!

Baby It's Spring Outside

Hi Friends We made it to Spring!  And Baby It's Spring Outside, I found the vintage baby buggy at a thrift shop.  It was black and I chalk painted it white. I new right away it was destine for flowers!  What better way to roll in Spring with a buggy full of Spring flowers sitting outside having your favorite cup of tea.  The beautiful dishes were another thrift store find and a gift from my sister!  Just enjoy the "Baby It's Spring Outside!

 I was asked to do a thrift store challenge with a group of beautiful blogger's.  What is so great about thrift stores is the find, right? What if you find something and your not sure exactly what it is but you know and have seen and know everyone has one.  My thrift store challenge is this "Glass Drying Rack",' do you have one?  My glasses, what few I use, come out of the dishwasher dry already but this was $3.99 and yes, I painted it pink!  I used a few pieces of my thrift store milk glass and repurposed it to hold blooms.  Stay tune I have so many more pretty uses for this Thrift Store Challenge "Glass Drying Rack".  Don't miss a thrift store challenge, you never know what we will find...
